You can find us at N-3, 361 in the IRC Village area of Nayapalli. Punyabrata Mohanty is the one who keeps everything together here at Future Resource Management. Bhubaneswar is a city that’s changing incredibly fast, but IRC Village still has that nice residential feel to it that we like. Our office is basically a house that we’ve repurposed for our needs. It has a front yard and a gate that sometimes sticks a bit when it rains heavily. We don't have a big HR department or a dedicated marketing team. It’s just us sitting in a few rooms with our desks, files, and a couple of computers. We deal with resource management, which basically means a lot of talking to people on the phone and checking the fine details. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work somehow. We usually have tea together in the late afternoon when the sun starts to go down. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in expensive suits or ties. We wear what’s comfortable and get the job done without much fuss. Being in Nayapalli is convenient because everything we need is close by. We’ve got the local markets and the main road just a short walk away. It’s a very grounded way to work. We aren't looking to conquer the world, just trying to manage things properly from our corner.
