Bpcl Contractor

We are based at 223 Vimpur in Unit-6, right in the middle of Bhubaneswar. Being a contractor for BPCL means we are always on the move. There is a lot of paperwork to deal with and the office is usually filled with files and maps. I spend most of my time checking on the sites and making sure the workers have what they need. The heat in Bhubaneswar can be really tough in the summer. We have a small crew and we have known each other for years. It is not the kind of job where you sit still for long. Usually, I am on my bike going from one spot to another. The office in Unit-6 is where we meet in the morning to plan things out. It is a basic setup with some chairs and a desk that has seen better days. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People just come here when they need to talk about the projects. We handle the fuel stuff and the logistics that come with it. It is hard work and my clothes usually have some dirt on them by the end of the shift. We stay busy through the week and usually take Sundays off to rest. The neighborhood is mostly residential so it stays relatively calm around the office. We just do our part.
