Assistant Restaurant Manager

Our office is over in Unit-2 of Bhubaneswar, specifically in Lane-2. We are at Qr No-1/5, which is right near I.G. Park in the Khurdha area of Orissa. Having the park nearby is nice because it gives us a bit of green space in the middle of the city. We have been working from this spot for quite some time now. It is not a corporate headquarters or a fancy glass building. It is just a regular place where we manage the restaurant side of things. Most of our work involves a lot of organizing and keeping track of how the restaurants are doing. We do not have any big, polished mission statements or marketing slogans. We are just a small team of people who know the local food scene well. Our days are filled with the usual tasks like checking schedules and making sure the supplies are coming in on time. It is not the kind of job that gets written about in magazines, but it is important to us. We talk to each other like normal people, not using any of that business jargon. We know the neighborhood well and like the quiet feel of Lane-2. We do not try to pretend we are bigger than we are. We just stay focused on our work and try to keep everything running smoothly near the park. We like the trees and the fresh air we get from that side.
