Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Ltd

Our office is located at Nisha Nivas, which is right at Garage Chack in Bhubaneswar. It is a Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Ltd branch, but it feels more like a local office than a big company headquarters. Garage Chack is a busy intersection, so there is always something happening outside our windows. The building, Nisha Nivas, has been around for a while and we have the ground floor and part of the upper level. It is where we meet people to talk about their plans and handle all the paperwork that comes with insurance. We have a small staff of local people who know the city well. The interior is pretty standard with some counters and chairs for people to wait in. It can get a bit loud when the traffic picks up outside, but we just keep the doors closed and carry on. We are not here to give you a big sales pitch or anything. We just help with the forms, explain how things work, and make sure the records are updated. Sometimes the rain in Bhubaneswar makes the Chack a bit of a mess, but our office stays dry and we usually have a pot of tea going for anyone who stops by. It is just a regular place of work where we try to stay on top of the files and help the folks who come in from the neighborhood.
