Wasiq Marble & Stone

Wasiq Marble & Stone is situated at Plot No 10 in the Jinsi area, specifically on Neem Road. It is a dusty stretch of road, but it’s where we do our work every day. The yard isn't fancy, just a large space where we keep the inventory organized. We deal with both marble and other types of stone, so there is always a variety of textures to look at. A lot of the work is just the daily grind of checking the stock and making sure the loaders are working right. The sun can be pretty brutal on Neem Road, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early or late. We don't spend much money on big signs or anything. People usually find us because they saw a truck leaving or a neighbor told them we had some decent stone in. It is the kind of business where your hands stay dirty and your back gets tired, but that’s just how it is. We keep the ledger in a small shack near the front, and that’s where we handle the payments and the talking. There’s no big corporate structure here, just a few of us trying to make sure the stone gets to where it needs to go. We like the quiet days when we can just organize the slabs properly. It takes time to get the stones lined up so people can actually see what they are buying.
