Vivekananda Automats

Vivekananda Automats is tucked away at No. 320/1, A-2, Shed No. 2 in the Siddppa Reddy Industrial Area. We are right next to the Vysya Bank and near the Ganesha Petrol Bank in Bommanahalli. Being in an industrial area means it’s always loud with the sound of machines and trucks moving about. Our shed isn't the biggest, but it’s where we do all our work. It gets pretty hot inside during the summer months, but we have some fans that help a bit. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting room. If someone comes to see us, they usually just find us on the shop floor. We handle a lot of automatic machine work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The floors are often a bit greasy, which is expected in this line of work. We’ve been in Bommanahalli for a while and we know most of the other workshop owners around here. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just fix things and make parts. It’s hard work and it’s messy, but we enjoy it. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us who know how the machines work. We take things as they come and try to do a decent job every single day. That is really all there is to it. The tea break at four o'clock is something we never miss. It keeps us going through the long shifts and the noise of the machinery.
