We are located at H/46-47 in Bhopal. This is where we make the ice cream. It is a busy spot, especially when the weather gets really hot in the summer months. We have been around for a while and most people in the city recognize the Ramani name. The facility is not very fancy to look at. It is mostly filled with big cold storage rooms and mixing machines. You can hear the constant hum of the freezers even if you are standing outside the front gate. We spend our days making sure the batches are right and that the delivery trucks are loaded on time. Dealing with ice cream means you are always fighting against the heat. If a freezer stops working, we have a huge problem on our hands. The staff here mostly lives in the nearby areas of Bhopal. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the tubs and sticks are ready for the local shops. Sometimes the floor gets a bit slippery from all the cleaning we have to do, so everyone has to be careful. It is a lot of manual work, moving heavy crates and checking the temperature gauges. It is a straightforward business. We make the product, freeze it, and send it out to the city. Bhopal is a good place for a business like this. We are just regular folks making dessert.
