Treetop Education Institute

Treetop Education Institute is tucked away in Vasundhara Colony, Jahangirabad. Our address is V 57/1. We are quite close to Rose Mary School, so a lot of the kids just walk over from there when their classes end. This part of Bhopal is fairly residential, which is nice because it’s not as chaotic as the main markets. The building is a regular house that we’ve converted into a study space. It has a bit of a homey feel, for better or worse. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks during a lesson, or you can hear people cooking nearby. We have a few rooms set up with whiteboards and chairs. We aren't trying to be some big, polished chain. It's just a local spot where we help out with various subjects. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the families on the block. The rooms can get a bit warm in the summer, but the coolers keep things manageable. We spend a lot of time grading papers and explaining the same math problems over and over. It's honest work and we like the routine of it. Usually, we open up in the afternoon and stay until the street lights come on. It’s a simple setup for students who live around Jahangirabad and need a place to focus on their studies after hours. We don't have many rules, just that everyone needs to be quiet when someone is reading.
