We are located right inside the C-21 Mall in Nanakheda, Ujjain. You can find us at space number SP 150. It’s a bit different working out of a mall, but it is very convenient for our clients because they can stop by while they are out doing other things. Ujjain is always full of life, and being in Nanakheda puts us in a very active part of the city. We handle real estate work here, helping people find apartments or commercial spaces. The office is small and tidy, but we usually have a lot of maps and papers spread out on the desk. We don’t go for all that corporate polish you see in the big cities. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. Sometimes the mall gets very busy, especially during festivals, but we are always here at our desk. We don’t have a big team of agents. It is just a few of us who know the Ujjain property market well. We spend a lot of time checking on new developments and making sure we know what is being built where. If you are walking around the mall, you can just pop in and say hello. We don't do high-pressure sales. We just show what is on our list and let people think about it. It’s a simple way to run a business and it seems to work for us.
