We’ve been running Shivam Property Dealer in Saket Nagar, Bhopal, for a good while now. Our place is right in the heart of the colony. Saket Nagar is a nice area, and we mostly deal with the houses and plots around here. The office is just a simple spot where we sit and wait for folks to drop by. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. Most people in Bhopal know that if they’re looking in this part of town, they can just come and talk to us. We spend a lot of time out in the sun, walking around to look at different sites. We know which plots are good and which ones have issues with the water. It’s all about knowing the local land. We aren't a big company with lots of branches. It’s just a small local business. We keep things plain and simple. If you want to see a house, we take you there. We don't use any fancy brochures. We just show you the walls and the roof as they are. People trust us because we live nearby too. Sometimes we help with the registration work at the office because we know how the system works here. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the Saket Nagar community. We just take things as they come and try to keep our clients happy.
