We are located at Shop No 1 in Bhanpur. It’s very close to K-Sector in Ayodhya Nagar. If you’re coming through the main part of Bhanpur, you’ll find us easily enough. We’ve been in this shop for a few years now. It’s a small place, just one room really, but it’s where we do all our real estate work. Ayodhya Nagar is a big area, so we have a lot of ground to cover. We don't have any flashy signs or a big reception area. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. Most of our work involves talking to people in the neighborhood and finding out who is moving. We spend a lot of time on our scooters going from one sector to another. The shop gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we try to keep it tidy. We aren't trying to be fancy estate agents. We just know this part of Bhanpur well and we help people find houses or land around here. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside on the plastic chairs until it comes back. It’s a simple way of working. We don't have a big mission statement. We just open up in the morning and see who needs help with property that day. If the door is locked, it usually means we are out at a site in K-Sector or somewhere nearby.
