M/S. Sai Associate

You can find M/S. Sai Associate below the State Bank of India Bairagarh branch. We are very close to the Municipal Corporation Office and the Nagar Nigam Complex. Because of all these government buildings, there are always people walking back and forth with files in their hands. Our office is not very big, but it serves its purpose. We have a couple of old desks and chairs that have seen better days. The floor gets a bit muddy when it rains because of the heavy foot traffic outside. We don't spend much money on decorating or making things look pretty. We prefer to just keep things simple. Sometimes the noise from the bank upstairs is a bit much, especially on Monday mornings when everyone is trying to get their work done. We usually have the radio playing softly in the corner to drown out the sound of the street. Being near the Nagar Nigam Complex means we see a lot of local officials and regular folks looking for help. We started here because the location was central for everyone in Bairagarh. It is easy to tell people where we are since everyone knows the bank branch and the municipal office. We keep our doors open most of the day for a bit of air. It is just a regular local spot where we deal with our daily paperwork and talk to the neighbors. We have been in this spot for years.
