We are located over at Minal Residency on J K Road. If you know the area, we’re right near that big 300 Feet Road. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you get into the residency. We work as property consultants, which basically means we spend our time talking to people about houses and land. It’s a lot of listening, really. People come in with all sorts of ideas about where they want to live. Our office is simple. We have a couple of desks and some photos of houses on the walls. J K Road can get pretty dusty with all the construction nearby, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the windows. We aren't some big fancy firm from the city center. We are just local consultants who know this part of town better than most. Most of our clients are just regular families looking for a bit more space. We walk them through the paperwork and try to explain how the local market is moving. It’s a lot of legwork, visiting different plots and checking on things. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby or a friend told them to stop by. We just try to be helpful and give folks the straight talk on what’s available around Minal Residency. It’s a decent way to earn a living, and we enjoy meeting the neighbors.
