Our office, Property Consultant Investor & Seller, is located right in Shivaji Nagar. If you know where Ambedkar Bhawan is, we are sitting just across from the Board Office. It’s a busy part of the area, always people coming and going because of the government offices nearby. We’ve been here for a good bit of time, dealing with buying and selling for people around the neighborhood. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, answering the phone, and looking through lists of what’s available in the market. Shivaji Nagar has a lot of history and the properties here vary quite a bit. We spend a lot of time walking around the local streets checking on places. It isn't a high-pressure environment here. We just take things as they come. People stop in when they’re headed to the Board Office or just passing by on their way home. We try to give them clear answers without using any confusing talk. Most of the folks who come to see us are locals from around this part of town. We handle the paperwork and the talking so they don't have to worry about the messy details as much. It’s a small operation but we stay busy enough. There’s always someone looking to move or find a new spot for their business.
