Photo World

Our shop is at Jawahar Chowk in T T Nagar, right there across Plot 174 and 175. If you have ever been to Bhopal GPO, you know this area is usually humming with people. Photo World has been a part of this landscape for a good while. We handle all sorts of photography needs. It is a place where people bring their memories, whether it is old film they found or digital files from their phones. We have cameras around, and the lighting isn't always like a fancy studio, but it works for what people need. Sometimes we are busy taking passport photos, and other times we are helping someone figure out how to print a large photo for their wall. It is a small team here. We aren't trying to be the biggest studio in Bhopal, just a reliable one where you can get things done without a headache. The shop gets a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction and traffic outside at the chowk, but we keep the machines clean. People come in and tell us stories about the photos they are bringing in, which is one of the better parts of the job. We don't have a lot of rules; we just try to help out whoever walks through the door. It is a lot of sitting and editing too, which can get tiring on the eyes. But seeing a final print come out right is a good feeling.
