Neon Communication

Our place, Neon Communication, is located at Plot No.- 21 in the E-Sector Industrial Area of Govindpura. Being in an industrial zone means it’s pretty gritty and there’s always a lot of dust in the air. We share the street with all sorts of workshops and small factories. There’s a constant hum of machinery in the background that you eventually stop noticing. We spend our days working on different projects, mostly involving signs and communication materials. The shop floor is usually covered in offcuts and bits of wire. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear your best clothes. We have a few old machines that we’ve had for years, and they still do the trick, even if they need a bit of a kick now and then. The guys here have been working together for a while, so we don’t need to say much to get things done. We usually have lunch together sitting on some crates or whatever is around. It’s not fancy, and we don’t try to make it look like it is. When the power goes out, which happens sometimes in this sector, we just sit outside and wait for it to come back. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Govindpura, just a place where the work gets done properly. It’s a lot of manual labor and long hours, but it’s what we know how to do.
