M R Works

M R Works has been set up at 45/9-B in Saket Nagar for a good while now. It’s not a huge place, just a simple shop where we handle the daily tasks that come our way. Most mornings start with unlocking the front gate and moving a few things around to make enough space to actually work. Saket Nagar is a decent enough neighborhood, mostly quiet except for the usual street sounds. Our workspace is usually a bit of a mess with various parts and tools scattered on the benches, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a fancy office or anyone to answer the phones, so if we’re in the back working, we might miss a call or two. It’s just the reality of a small operation. We focus on the manual side of things, using our hands and the machines we’ve gathered over the years. Sometimes the equipment acts up and we spend half the day just trying to get a motor running again. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that; we just do what needs doing for the people who walk in. The floor is concrete and stays cool in the morning but gets pretty dusty by the afternoon. We usually keep a small fan going to move the air around. It’s a basic way of working, but it suits us fine here at 45/9-B. We take things as they come and try not to overcomplicate the process.
