Jus Properties

Jus Properties is based out of M.I.G-101 in the Silver Bell Apartment building. We are located in the Trilanga area, right near the Bank Of Baroda. It is a convenient spot because everyone knows where the bank is. Being in an apartment complex makes the office feel a bit more like a home than a corporate space. We deal with property rentals and sales in and around Trilanga. A lot of the time, we are just sitting here waiting for the phone to ring or for someone to walk in from the street. We know most of the people who live in Silver Bell and the surrounding buildings. It is a nice community. We do not have a big staff, just a couple of us who handle everything from showing flats to sorting out the rent agreements. The office is small and filled with files and some old furniture. We like to keep things informal. If you come by, you will probably find us drinking chai and talking about the local news. We do not believe in using high-pressure tactics. We just show what is available and let the people decide for themselves. The area near the bank gets busy during the day, so there is always some noise from the scooters and cars outside. It is just a regular part of our daily life here at the office.
