Stone Factory

Our place, Stone Factory, is at Plot Number 1 near the Habibganj Railway Station. We are right across from the Mansarover Complex in Block C. Being near the station means there’s always something going on. We have a lot of stone slabs and blocks sitting out in the yard. People passing by on the trains can probably see our stacks. We deal with all kinds of natural stone. Some of it is for paving, some for walls, and some for decorative stuff. It’s a big open area where we keep everything. The sun beats down on the stone all day. We spend a lot of time outside, showing people the different textures and colors. It's not a fancy environment. We have a small cabin for the paperwork, but most of the business happens out among the stone piles. We’ve had this plot for a while now. It’s a good location because it’s easy for the big trucks to find us. Sometimes the dust from the road and the station gets on everything, so we have to wash the stones down so customers can see the real color. We aren't interested in being a huge company. We just like working with stone and helping people find the right pieces for their gardens or buildings. It’s honest, heavy work. We just show up every morning, open the gates, and see who comes by. There is always plenty of stone to move and stack.
