Av Creations & Co. is situated at PL-37, FL-S1 in Trilanga. It’s a flat that we’ve turned into our working office. Being in an apartment building like this makes the work feel more personal. We aren't tucked away in some industrial park. We are right where people live and spend their lives. Trilanga is a decent area, and our spot on the second floor is usually quiet enough for us to get things done. We have our desks set up in the main room, and we use the other spaces for storage and our equipment. It can be a bit of a squeeze when we have a lot of materials delivered at once, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking through ideas together. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. We are just a group of people working together under one roof. The commute isn't bad for any of us, and we have a few good spots nearby where we grab lunch. Sometimes we work through the weekend if a deadline is coming up, but mostly we try to keep regular hours. We aren't trying to change the world with what we do. We just want to do good work and keep our clients happy. It’s a simple setup, and that’s the way we like it. There’s no need for anything more complicated than what we have right here in Trilanga. We just show up and do our best every single day.
