Vaishanavi Photography is tucked away on the third floor of Chaitany Complex. We are right by the Nadra Bus Stand Square, which is probably one of the busiest spots in the city. You can always hear the buses honking and the crowds moving outside, but up here in Shop No. 15, it’s a bit more relaxed. We do all sorts of photography work. Sometimes it’s just people needing a quick passport photo for an application, and other times we’re packing up all our gear to go shoot a wedding or a family function. The studio isn't huge, but we have our backdrops and lights set up just right. We’ve been at this location near Nadra Bus Stand Square for a while now. It’s a lot of work editing photos late into the night after a big event, trying to make sure everyone looks their best. We aren't trying to be some high-end fashion studio; we just want to capture good moments for regular families. People often find us because they’re already at the bus stand or shopping in the complex. It’s a convenient spot for most. We’ve seen a lot of changes in cameras and technology over the years, moving from film to digital, but the basic idea of taking a good picture hasn't changed much. It’s about being there at the right time and making people feel comfortable in front of the lens. We just take pictures and hope people like them. That's us.
