If you find yourself in Dadri, specifically near the Dadri Bus Stand, you'll find us. We're in Vpo Dubaldhan, right there in the Bhiwani area. It's a straightforward restaurant. We don't have any of those fancy lights or modern interiors you see in big cities. It’s a local spot for local people. Most of our customers are either travelers coming through the bus stand or people living right here in the village. We serve the kind of food we grew up eating. It’s nothing complicated. The kitchen is small but we keep it moving. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we try to sweep it whenever we get a minute. We have a few tables and some benches. It's a place where you can sit and talk for a bit over a meal. We don't rush people out. The tea is always hot and the food is served as soon as it's ready. We’ve been here long enough that most people know what to expect. It's just a regular part of the community. We open early and close when the last bus is gone or when things get quiet. There’s no big philosophy behind it. We just provide meals for the people who need them while they’re on their way. It’s a simple life and a simple business here in Dadri.
