Bhojnalay

You can find Bhojnalay on the first floor near the Meham Gate Chowk in Bhiwani. We are right next to the Khroliya Medical Hall. Being on the first floor means you have to walk up some narrow stairs to get to us. It’s a bit of a climb, but people don’t seem to mind. Once you’re inside, you can look out the windows and see all the activity down at the chowk. It’s a very busy part of town with a lot of shops and people moving around. We’ve been here in this spot for many years. The interior is quite basic with plain walls and simple fans that we keep running all day to deal with the heat. We don’t have any complicated menus or special dishes. We just make the food that people in Bhiwani expect. A lot of our customers are shopkeepers from the market who come up for a break during the afternoon. We don’t use any corporate language or try to sound bigger than we are. It’s just a small family-run place. Sometimes we get a bit behind when it’s really busy, but we do our best to catch up. The kitchen is where most of the work happens. We start early in the morning to get everything ready before the first customer arrives. It’s a plain and honest business, and that’s the way we like to keep it.
