Our little spot is located at SCF No 10 right by the Ghanta Ghar in Bhiwani. If you are familiar with the area, you probably know the SBI branch is just nearby, so we get a lot of people coming in after they finish their bank work. The clock tower is always there, marking the time, and we pretty much follow its lead every day. We open up early to start the stoves. It's mostly just simple food that we cook here. We don't use any fancy equipment or anything like that. To be honest, the place is a bit old-fashioned, but that’s how we like it. The walls might need a bit of paint soon, but for now, they hold the memories of all the conversations that happen over the tables. My brother and I handle most of the work, from getting the supplies in the morning to closing up at night. It’s a lot of standing on your feet, but we don’t complain much. The traffic around Ghanta Ghar can be a real headache sometimes, especially on market days. You hear the horns honking all day long, but inside, we just focus on the pots and pans. We don’t really have a big menu, just what we know how to make well. It’s a honest living and it keeps us busy. People know us as a place where they can just sit and eat without any fuss or decoration.
