Laxicom Software (P) Ltd is located in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. We are on the first floor of C-22 in Shastri Nagar. Bhilwara is usually known for making clothes, but we decided to do software instead. It’s a small operation. We have a few rooms where we keep our servers and computers. The office is pretty quiet, which is good for writing code. We aren't in a big tech park; we are just in a regular neighborhood. Shastri Nagar is a nice place to be. We’ve been here for a while now, and the locals know us as the computer guys. We don't have a big HR department or fancy titles. Everyone just does what needs to be done. We build software and help local businesses with their digital stuff. Rajasthan gets incredibly hot, so our office is usually the only place where it’s cool in the afternoon. We have a small balcony where we drink tea and look out at the street. We don't spend much on marketing or sales. Most of our clients come from recommendations. We like it that way because it’s more personal. We use simple English and don't try to sound like we are from Silicon Valley. We are just a small team in Bhilwara trying to do decent work and keep our customers happy. It’s a simple, honest life in a small city.
