Badresh Bhatnagar

Badresh Bhatnagar is situated over by the State Water Works in Jawahar Nagar. The house is called Ayodhya Kuteer. It is a bit of a landmark in this part of Bhilwara, so people usually find us without too much trouble. The office is part of the building and it’s a very relaxed environment. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Most days it’s just casual clothes and a lot of work to get through. Being near the water works means it is relatively easy to give directions to people. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it is a peaceful place to work. We have a small garden area outside where we sometimes take our breaks. It helps to get some fresh air after staring at the walls for too long. Inside, it is mostly just desks, chairs, and some filing cabinets that are overflowing. We aren't very good at throwing things away, so there is a lot of history in those files. We do our own thing at our own pace. There is no pressure from some big boss in another city. It is just us handling the day-to-day requirements of the business. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate our processes. It’s a comfortable way to work and it has suited us well over the years. We are just regular people doing a regular job here.
