Kamla Infotech is located at Pur Road Bazar No 3, specifically at number 39. Being in the middle of a bazaar means it is always a bit chaotic outside the front door. There are carts and people shouting all day long. Inside the shop, it’s a different kind of mess. We have computers in various states of being taken apart, power cables everywhere, and boxes of keyboards stacked against the walls. It is a small place, so you really have to watch your step when you walk in. We spend the day fixing laptops, installing software, and helping people who can't get their printers to work correctly. It’s dusty work because of all the fans in the machines, so I’m always sneezing. We’ve been at Pur Road Bazar No 3 for a few years now, and people know they can bring their tech problems here without it costing a fortune. We aren't like those big service centers with the clean white desks and uniforms. Our desks are covered in screwdrivers and thermal paste. Sometimes we stay late because a repair is taking longer than expected. It is just me and one other guy most of the time. We drink a lot of chai and listen to the radio while we work on the motherboards. It is a busy life here at number 39, but we like the pace of the bazaar.
