Shri Sanskar Bharti Vidhyalay

Shri Sanskar Bharti Vidhyalay is located in Palitana, in the Bhavnagar district. Since we are in Palitana, you can always see the hills in the distance. The air here feels a bit different than in the bigger cities. Our school is a local spot where kids from the neighborhood come to learn. The building is fairly plain, painted in a light color that has faded a bit under the sun. We have a central courtyard where everyone gathers. It's a good place for the kids to run around during their break. We have a few trees that provide a little bit of green in the dusty environment. Most of the teaching is done the old-fashioned way with chalk and talk. We don't have computers in every room, just the basics. The teachers are mostly local residents who know the families of the children they teach. It makes for a friendly atmosphere. Sometimes, when there is a festival, the whole school feels like a big party. We don't have a lot of money for big improvements, so we just fix things when they break. The benches are a bit old and the bells are rung by hand. It is a simple life here. We just want the kids to grow up with some good values and a bit of knowledge. It is a quiet, honest school in a town that is very important to many people. That is just us.
