If you go to Gariyadhar in Bhavnagar, you will find our high school pretty easily. It has been a fixture in this part of town for years. The building is a bit older, with those thick walls that keep things cool during the summer. We have students coming in from the local streets and some who travel from slightly further away in the 364505 area. Every morning starts with the usual bell ringing and everyone lining up in the courtyard. It’s not a very quiet place, especially when the classes change over. The desks are the sturdy wooden kind that have seen a lot of use over the seasons. We don't have any flashy equipment, just the standard chalkboards and textbooks. The staff room is always a bit crowded with papers and tea cups. Outside, there’s a space where the kids play during their breaks, usually kicking a ball around or just sitting in the shade. We focus on the basic subjects that every high schooler needs to know. There isn't any fancy marketing here; we just open the doors every morning and do the work. It’s the kind of school where the teachers know your name and probably knew your older siblings too. We stay busy with the yearly exams and the occasional school event. It’s just a regular local school doing its thing every day.
