Shree Amarlal Food Products

We are located at Plot No. 190 in the G.I.D.C. area of Chitra. It is a busy industrial zone and our plot is right in the middle of all that activity. We handle food products here, mostly involving processing and getting things ready for sale. The building is basically a large shed with some office space tucked away in the corner. Most of our day is spent on the floor, keeping an eye on the machines and making sure the staff has what they need to keep moving. It gets very hot in Chitra during the peak of summer, so we try to get the heaviest work done early in the morning. We don’t really have any fancy slogans or a big philosophy. We just show up, process the food, and make sure it’s packed correctly before the transport arrives. Sometimes the supply of raw materials is late, which throws off our whole schedule for the day. When that happens, we just find other things to clean or maintain until the truck shows up. It’s a small operation and we all know each other’s names. We eat lunch together in the small break area and then get back to it. It’s simple work but it keeps us on our feet. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we just want to do the job we have to do and go home.
