Our little spot is at Plot No 4 on Ghogha Road. If you know Bhavnagar, you know that Sahajanand College is right across from us. Because of that, we get a lot of students coming over between their classes. It’s a loud and lively place most of the time. You hear a lot of talk about exams and whatever else the kids are into these days. We try to keep things moving fast because students are usually in a rush to get back to their lectures. The menu is simple, mostly snacks and quick things that don't take forever to cook. Ghogha Road is always busy anyway, so there is a lot of traffic passing by. We started this place thinking it would be a good spot for a quick bite, and it has stayed that way. It’s not a big space, so it gets cramped during the afternoon peak. People are often standing around waiting for their order or just chatting. We don’t really have any fancy decorations; the walls are pretty plain. It’s just a practical food point for the neighborhood. Sometimes the local shopkeepers come by for a tea break too. It’s nice to be part of the daily routine for the people around here. We just keep the stove going and make sure there’s enough food for the next wave of hungry students to keep them going through their day.
