Natural Frozen & Dehydrated Foods

Getting up to the second floor of Vraj Tower on Atabhai Road can be a bit of a workout if the lift is being slow again. Natural Frozen & Dehydrated Foods is tucked away right there. It’s a busy part of town, so you always hear the traffic from the road below while we’re working. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work for everything we need to do with the frozen stuff and the drying racks. The temperature inside is always a bit weird because of the freezers, so most of us keep a sweater nearby even when it's boiling outside. We spend a lot of time checking the machines and making sure the dehydrators are running at the right settings. It’s not the most glamorous job, standing around in a tower block, but it’s what we do. We usually grab tea from the stall downstairs in the mornings before heading up. Atabhai Road always has people moving about, so it feels like we’re right in the middle of things. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with crates and paperwork, but we know where everything is. It’s a bit of a squeeze when a big delivery comes in, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be anything other than a small team doing our work on the second floor. Every day has its own set of little problems to solve, but we just get through them one by one.
