We are over at E-9 in Haridham Society, which is located on Zadeshwar Road in Bharuch. It is mostly a residential area, so it stays pretty quiet during the day. Our office is actually part of a house that we’ve used for our work for a long time. It’s a very relaxed environment. We don’t have a big neon sign out front, just the house number on the gate. Inside, we have a couple of rooms with desks and chairs where we handle all our business. It feels more like a home than a workplace, which suits us just fine. There’s a small porch out front where we sometimes sit and talk during our lunch break. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a few dedicated people who have been with us for years. We do all sorts of work here, from answering emails to managing local projects. We don’t have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. Everyone just pitches in and does what is needed. The society is a nice place to be, and we know most of our neighbors. We don't really do any big promotions. People in Bharuch usually hear about us from someone else they know. We like keeping things simple and local. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just show up every morning, do our work honestly, and go home to our families in the evening.
