Hindalco

Our office is located at D/1 Jakir Park, right near the Pirchhatar Dargah on Jambusar Road in Bharuch. It’s a well-known landmark, so people usually don't have a hard time finding us. We're a small team here, working on the Hindalco accounts and local logistics. The road outside is usually quite busy with trucks and cars, but inside we just try to get our work finished. It’s a plain office, nothing special to look at, just a place where we sit and get things done. We don't really follow a strict corporate manual or anything. We just have a routine that works for us. Some days are slow and we spend a lot of time talking, and other days it’s so busy we barely have time to eat lunch. We deal with the heat in Bharuch by keeping the fans on high, even if it makes the papers fly around sometimes. We don’t really worry about making everything look perfect for visitors because we don’t get many. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it’s checking a ledger or calling a driver to see where a truck is. It’s honest work and we’ve got a good group of people who don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty when they have to. We just take it day by day and get the job done.
