Our office for Vagheswar Agro Fed Farmers Producer Company Limited is on the Main Road in Ward 5, over in Athner. It’s down in the Betul South area. Being on the Main Road means we see a lot of what’s going on in town. The motorcycles zip past all day, and there is always a bit of dust in the air. We have a straightforward setup with a couple of tables and chairs. It’s where we coordinate things for the agro federation. We are usually busy talking to the farmers who come in from the outlying areas to see what we can do for them. The building itself is nothing special, just another door on the busy street. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to keep everything running smooth. We deal with various agricultural inputs and help the members organize their sales. It gets quite busy during the planting and harvest seasons, with people coming in and out all day long. In the quieter months, we spend our time catching up on the accounts and planning for the next cycle. We like being centrally located because it makes us easy to find for anyone coming into Athner. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We don't have any big corporate goals, just the daily work of supporting the farmers in our part of Betul with whatever comes up.
