We are basically a group of farmers here in Sasundra. Our office is just at Yogesh Harode’s place in the village. It isn't a fancy office or anything, just a room where we sit and talk about our crops. In Amla tehsil, things move at their own pace. We started Servsewa Krishak Producer Companylimited because it made sense for us to work together instead of everyone doing their own thing alone. Most days you’ll find some of us sitting on the porch talking about the rain or the price of seeds. We don't have a big staff, just people from around here who know how the dirt feels. Last year the weather was a bit tough on the soy, but that is how it goes. We handle things as they come. When someone needs help with paperwork for their land, they come by. It gets a bit noisy when the tractors are moving around outside, but we like it that way. Usually, Yogesh handles the books while the rest of us are out in the fields. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. It's just a local effort to keep our farming going without too much trouble from outsiders. If you walk past the main road in Sasundra, you’ll see where we are. It’s just a plain house with people coming and going. We are just trying to keep the farming life steady here and help out when someone gets stuck.
