Zong Private Limited is located at No 14 on Thamarai Kannan Road in Murphy Town. If you know the Ulsoor area, you know it has a very specific character. It’s one of those parts of Bangalore that still feels like the old days in some ways. Our office is on a fairly busy street, and there’s always something going on outside. It’s not a shiny new glass building. It’s a more traditional setup, which we actually prefer. We have been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the sounds of the neighborhood. The space inside is simple. We have our desks, our chairs, and a small area for lunch. We don't have any of that modern office decor that doesn't really serve a purpose. It’s a practical place to spend the day. Ulsoor is great because everything is close by, but the traffic around Murphy Town can be a bit of a mess in the evenings. We usually just stick to our routine. People come in, do their bit, and we all head out. It’s a small team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We don't have big HR departments or fancy policies. If something needs fixing, we just fix it. It is just a straightforward workplace in a very authentic part of the city. We like being here because it feels real and not like a corporate bubble. We try to keep things easy and just get our daily work finished.
