Mindroit Technologies

We are located at No. 38 on the 3rd floor, right in the 3rd Cross of Chandra Layout, Vijayanagar. Mindroit Technologies is where a few of us spend our days staring at screens and writing code. It’s not a massive glass tower or anything like that. Just a regular floor in a building where we’ve set up our computers. The elevator is sometimes a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of typing and the occasional conversation about a bug in the software. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy reception area. Usually, if someone comes by, they just knock on the door and one of us lets them in. We spend a lot of time trying to figure out technical problems that are sometimes quite frustrating. It’s just the nature of the job. We drink a lot of coffee and tea to stay focused. Vijayanagar is a good spot for us because it’s easy for everyone to get to. We aren't trying to change the world with some grand vision. We're just trying to build things that work properly for the people who use them. Some days the code goes well, and other days we have to start over from scratch. That’s just how it is. We keep things pretty relaxed here and don't worry too much about corporate rules or dress codes. It's just about getting the work done and solving the puzzles in front of us.
