We’ve been here at Lady Curzon Road for quite a while now. You can find us right in the Citizen Lodge Complex, tucked in next to the Saleh Ahmed Building. Shivaji Nagar is always busy, so it’s usually noisy outside our door, but we like it that way. Most days, we’re just busy getting the food ready for whatever event is coming up next. It gets a bit hectic in the kitchen, especially when there are big orders to handle. We don’t really do anything fancy here, just focus on the cooking and making sure the pots are clean. People usually find us by looking for the old building landmarks nearby. It's a tight space sometimes, but it works for what we do. Our team is small, mostly just locals who know the area well. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but the way we handle our catering hasn't changed much. We just show up, do the job, and head home. Sometimes the traffic on Lady Curzon Road makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but we’ve learned how to work around it by now. It’s just how things go in this part of town. If you're walking past the lodge, you'll probably smell whatever we're prepping for the afternoon. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. It's mostly just us working away in the back, making sure the orders are ready to go out on time.
