O. J. S. Transportation Logistic

We are based out of Yeswanthpur, which is a busy area for anyone moving goods. O. J. S. Transportation Logistic is basically a small group of us handling trucks and deliveries. It's a lot of phone calls and checking on drivers to see where they are on the road. Logistics sounds like a big word, but mostly it’s just making sure a box gets from one place to another without getting lost. We spend our mornings coordinating schedules and the afternoons dealing with whatever went wrong during the day. Traffic in Yeswanthpur can be a nightmare, so we are used to delays and shifting plans. Our office isn't much to look at, just desks, maps, and a lot of tea. We started this because we knew a few people with trucks and figured we could help coordinate things better. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of grease, diesel, and paperwork involved. We don't have a fancy website or a huge fleet, but we get the work done. Some days are slow and others we are running around like crazy. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know the shortcuts and the best ways to get around the congestion. It’s just honest work moving things for people who need it. We take it one load at a time and try to keep the trucks moving.
