You can find us at No. 665 on the 21st Cross in Rajajinagar. We’ve been operating Express World Wide Logistics from this spot on the 19th Main Road for quite a while now. The office is usually full of cardboard boxes and shipping tape. It’s not the most glamorous place, but it works for what we do. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking on the phone with drivers. Logistics is mostly about waiting for things to arrive and then rushing to get them sent back out. Rajajinagar is a crowded area, so the delivery vans are always fighting with the traffic outside our door. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to print a bunch of labels, which is always a headache. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come in, you’ll probably see us sorting through piles of manifests or checking the weight of a parcel. We have a small team here, and everyone pretty much does a bit of everything. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the late shifts when the international shipments are moving. It’s a lot of coordination and double-checking numbers. We don't make big promises; we just try to get the packages where they need to go without losing them. It is a messy business, but we are used to the chaos.
