You can find our office at 111 114 Connection Point, up on the first floor. We’ve been running Sindhu Cargo Services Pvt. Ltd. from this spot for a good while. Dealing with cargo and shipping isn't as exciting as it sounds, it’s mostly a lot of phone calls and checking lists to see where a box ended up. The office at Connection Point is always a bit chaotic. There are papers everywhere and the printers never seem to stop. Being on the first floor is handy because we can see the trucks coming and going, but the stairs can be a pain when you're in a hurry. We spend our days talking to drivers and trying to coordinate schedules that never seem to stay on track. It is a lot of "where is the driver" and "did the paperwork clear." We aren't some massive faceless logistics giant. We’re just a group of people trying to make sure things get from one place to another without getting lost or broken. The air conditioning in the office struggles sometimes in the peak of summer, so we usually have a few extra fans going. We don't use any fancy software that promises to solve everything. We mostly rely on our notes and a lot of follow-up calls. It’s basic work, but it’s important. We just show up every morning and try to get the loads moved on time as best as we can.
