Lakshmi Ram Traders

You can find Lakshmi Ram Traders over at 190/7 on 5th Main Road. We are right in the A.P.M.C. Yard in Yeshwanthpur. It’s near the Corporation Bank in the Mahalakshmi Layout Branch area. The yard is always a busy place, especially early in the morning. There are trucks everywhere and people moving bags of goods around. Our spot is just one of many, but we’ve been here long enough that people know us. It’s a lot of manual work and the air is often filled with the smell of different products being traded. We don't have a computer for everything; a lot of our notes are still kept in paper ledgers. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. The space is mostly used for storing what we trade. It can get pretty dusty with all the activity in the yard. We don't have a fancy sign, just the name painted up there. We deal with farmers and other traders all day long. It's noisy and can be chaotic, but there's a certain way things get done. We just show up, do our trading, and make sure everything is accounted for. It's a tough way to work sometimes with the heat and the crowds, but it’s what we do. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Most days we are finished by the evening and head home tired but satisfied. It is honest work for us.
