Sri Ayukta Enterprises

Being in Adugodi means dealing with a lot of noise and people moving about. Our place is on 1st Main in Pothalappa Garden, right at number 5. It’s a small street and sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck trying to turn around. The building is one of those older ones where you have to watch your head on the way in. We spend most of our time at the desks or moving stock around in the back room. It’s not very organized, but we know where everything is kept. If you look out the window, you just see the wall of the next house and maybe some laundry hanging out. We don’t do much in the way of decorating. There’s a calendar from three years ago still pinned up because nobody bothered to take it down. The floor is grey stone and stays cool even when it’s boiling outside. We usually eat lunch together in the small pantry area. It smells like sambar around noon because of the lady who cooks next door. We aren’t trying to impress anyone who walks in. It’s just a place of work. Most days are pretty much the same, filled with phone calls and paperwork. We like the neighborhood because everything is close by, even if the traffic on the main road is a total mess most of the time. Sri Ayukta Enterprises has been here for a bit, just doing the work as it comes.
