We've been here on 1st Main Road for a while now. It's usually pretty busy here in Yeshwanthpur. We just handle the day-to-day work as it comes. Some days are slow, others are completely packed. We move things around and talk to people who drop by. It's not a fancy place. The building is older but it works for what we need. We show up every morning around nine and stay until the shutters go down in the evening. Sometimes we forget to answer the phone right away if we're in the back moving stock. That's just how it is. We deal with whatever comes through the door. It's mostly just regular stuff. Nothing fancy or high-end. People around here know where we are. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. The traffic on the main road is getting worse, but we manage. If you need something, you just stop by. There is no point in making it complicated. We keep our records in books mostly. The lights flicker sometimes when the rain gets heavy. That's Bangalore for you. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine. We don't spend money on signs or ads. Word of mouth works well enough for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It's a living. We try to be fair with everyone. If something isn't right, we fix it without making a fuss. That's pretty much all there is to tell about us.
