Pathi Bhaskariah Brothers

I’ve been working at Pathi Bhaskariah Brothers for quite some time now. We are situated at 149 Nagarthpet in Bengaluru. It is a very busy area, with lots of people moving around all day long. The shop has been here for a long time, and we just go about our day-to-day work without making a big deal out of anything. It’s a family-run kind of setup. When you walk in, you’ll usually see one of the brothers or a staff member sitting behind the old wooden desk handling orders or talking to some regular customer who has been coming here for decades. The building is older, which is typical for Nagarthpet. We keep things pretty simple here. There aren't any fancy lights or big glowing signs. Just the inventory and us. People come here because they know where to find us. Sometimes the street gets so crowded it's hard to even get a scooter through, but that is just how Bengaluru life is. We open up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s not a complicated way to live. We don’t really do much on the internet or anything like that. If you need something, you just show up at the door. Most people who come by live nearby or have done business with the family forever. It feels like a small neighborhood even in the middle of a city.
