Yeshwanthpur Gents Beauty Parlor

This place is on the 1st main road in Krishnaiyyanapalya, specifically opposite the Jalvayu back gate. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stand but people find us easily enough. The area is usually quiet compared to the rest of Bangalore, which is nice for a shop like ours. Yeshwanthpur Gents Beauty Parlor has been around for a bit, and we have a steady flow of people from the apartments and the houses nearby. The shop isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. We keep our combs and scissors lined up and ready. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just part of living here. The back gate of Jalvayu is a good landmark because everyone knows it. We see a lot of the same people every month. They come in, get their hair done, and tell us a bit about their day. It is a simple relationship. We don't go in for anything complicated. The walls are painted a light color and we have a few posters up. It is just a place where you can get a haircut without any drama. We start early and stay open until the street gets dark. It is just what we do every day. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know the craft and keep things moving along for the local folks who trust us to do a decent job every time.
