Shurita

Shurita is tucked away at No.01 on Curve Road in Shivaji Nagar. It’s a very central part of Bangalore, 560001, so there is always something happening right outside our door. Most people know the area because of the Indian Express Building, and we are quite close to that. Curve Road itself has a lot of character, even if it’s a bit narrow and crowded sometimes. Our space is pretty basic. We’ve got our desks and our equipment, and not much else in the way of fluff. Shivaji Nagar is the kind of place where everyone is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. The building we are in is older, like many in this part of town, but it has a certain feel to it that you don’t get in the newer layouts. We don't spend money on expensive carpets or fancy lighting because that’s not what we’re about. We just focus on what Shurita needs to do every day. Sometimes it's hard to find parking on Curve Road, so most of us just walk or take the bus. It’s a very human-scale place to work. You can hear the city sounds all day long, from the traffic to the people talking on the sidewalk. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment for us. We’ve been at this address for a bit and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this specific corner of Bangalore. It’s just how we do business here.
