Xconics Innovations Private Limited is tucked away in the Koramangala Industrial Area. If you know the 5th Block, you know it can get pretty crowded with all the different shops and small factories around here. Our place is at number 19 on 4th C Cross. It is a bit of a working neighborhood, so there is always some noise from the street or neighboring units. We have been in this spot for a bit. The office isn't anything too special to look at, just a practical space where we can get our work done. Most of the team lives nearby or takes the bus into this part of Bangalore. We spend our hours looking at screens and trying to figure out new ways to handle the technical tasks we take on. There is no big corporate reception or anything like that here. You just walk in and see everyone working. Sometimes we grab lunch at the small stalls nearby. It's a good area for that. We keep things pretty simple. There isn't much time for fancy meetings that don't go anywhere. We just focus on the innovations we are supposed to be working on. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. Being in the industrial area means things feel more about work and less about showing off. We like it that way because it keeps us grounded. It is just a normal group of people trying to do a good job.
