Our office is right near the Tolgate Circle, over at the Woc Road junction in Jayanagar. It’s a busy spot on Magadi Road. If you know 160/1, that’s where we are. It can get pretty noisy with all the traffic coming off the circle, but you get used to it. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and people on their headsets or typing. We do a lot of IT stuff, mostly support and helping companies keep their systems running. It’s not glamorous work. There are cables everywhere and we’re always running out of coffee. We started small and just kept taking on more projects. The team is a mix of people who have been here forever and some younger kids who know the new software better than I do. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria, so we usually just go out to the local stalls or bring tiffins from home. The building isn't new, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on calls or fixing code that someone else messed up. It’s just steady work. Sometimes the internet goes slow and everyone grumbles, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get through the queue of tickets and go home on time when we can. Winprotech It Solutions India Pvt Ltd is just the official name on the paperwork. We keep the place running.
